The annual subscription to receive a printed and mailed Short Talk Bulletin and Emessay Notes has been raised to $20.00 per year for all U.S., APO and FPO addresses and $22.00 per year for addresses outside of the United States. This change has been implemented for all new subscriptions and renewals.
Annual subscription rates have not been raised for several years and is needed to cover all the costs associated with printing and mailing.
